Culture is something that is communicative and can be easily accepted by all people with different cultural backgrounds. The positive aspect of culture is that it can pave the way for achieving the goals of cultural diplomacy. As we know, culture also has significance because of the macro dimension; culture is more than just art or customs; they are all forms of cultural results and efforts that human resources contribute to the environment. Cultural relationships may involve prayer or more countries becoming close. That's why now many countries are trying to further enhance this cultural relationship so that it can be an effective diplomatic tool. Many countries try to gain legitimacy through cultural diplomacy.
Cultural diplomacy (or "intercultural diplomacy") has existed as a practice for centuries. While the term "cultural diplomacy" has only recently emerged, evidence of its practice can be seen throughout history and has been around for centuries. Explorers, travelers, traders, teachers, and artists can all be considered living examples of early
"informal ambassadors" or "cultural diplomats." Indeed, everyone who interacts with different cultures (currently or in the past) facilitates some form of cultural exchange. which can take place in areas such as arts, sports, literature, music, science, business, education, economics, and so on.
